​1. SAFER RECRUITMENT & VETTING

​Every individual who steps onto your campus representing Bastion & Wolfe has passed our "Fortress" vetting process. We provide your HR department with a Pre-Arrival Compliance Pack (Single Central Record data) 48 hours before any course begins.

​Enhanced DBS: All Lead Mentors and Associates hold a current Enhanced DBS check (with Barred List check) on the Update Service.

​Reference Checks: All staff are vetted with a minimum of two professional references and a complete employment history check (no gaps).

​Disqualification by Association: Full declarations are signed by all staff regarding their suitability to work with children.

​2. DIGITAL PRIVACY & MEDIA PROTOCOL

​We operate a "Digital Fortress" policy to protect the privacy of your students and the reputation of your school.

​No Student Phones: We enforce a strict "No Phones" policy during sessions. Devices are collected at the start and returned at dismissal.

​Zero Social Media: No student is ever permitted to post content from within the session.

​Strict Image Control: Bastion & Wolfe staff NEVER take photographs on personal devices.

​Consent-First Marketing: Official photography (for portfolios or showcases) is only ever taken on company-encrypted devices and ONLY with explicit, written parental consent (GDPR compliant). If a parent says "No," that child is never photographed. Period.

​3. OPERATIONAL SAFETY & TRAINING

​Our team is trained to manage the classroom with the authority and care of a senior teacher.

​Safeguarding Training: All staff hold a minimum Level 2 Safeguarding & Child Protection certificate, updated annually.

​Paediatric First Aid: At least one Paediatric First Aid trained lead is present at every session.

​Ratios: We operate with elite adult-to-child ratios (1:8 or 1:15) to ensure rigorous supervision.

​4. RISK MANAGEMENT & INSURANCE

​We protect your school and your governors with comprehensive cover.

​Public Liability: We hold £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.

​Dynamic Risk Assessments: A site-specific Risk Assessment is conducted for every venue and activity, available for your Bursar’s review upon request.

​Integration: On arrival, our Course Director will introduce themselves to your Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to confirm local fire muster points and reporting protocols.
