Category: Arts & Culture
Duration: 5 Days (09:00 – 15:30)
Cohort Size: Strictly capped at 8 students
Not a Camp. A Professional Studio.
For the architects of new realities. The Creative Residency transforms the hall into a working studio, moving beyond "arts and crafts" to teach the discipline of professional creation. Whether their medium is the written word, film, or design, Associates spend five days taking a raw concept and turning it into an industry-standard portfolio piece.
The Curriculum:
Day 1: The Concept. High-level brainstorming, "World Building," and defining the audience.
Day 2: The Structure. Storyboarding, plot architecture, and character profiles.
Day 3: The Draft. Deep work sessions. Getting the words on the page or the designs on paper.
Day 4: The Edit. The art of refinement. Critique sessions, red-pen editing, and polishing.
Day 5: The Showcase. Finalising the portfolio and presenting the work to the group.
Outcome:
Students leave with a tangible, high-quality piece of work—the first chapter of a novel, a short film script, or a fashion collection lookbook—ready for their scholarship portfolio.
Includes:
Premium art and writing materials.
1:8 Mentorship ratio with professional creatives.
"Bastion Fellow" certification upon completion.
